Capital Consultant Corp. is a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of 7-ELEVEN, providing services to major retail, distribution, and service industry customers throughout Taiwan. The company has received "ISO 9001:2015" international quality certification and offers services such as inventory counting, operational auditing, mystery shopping, market research, merchandising, digital media.

Starting in 2023, the company expanded its services to Shanghai, Zhejiang, and the Philippines, with major customers including 7-11 convenience stores in these regions. The company utilizes 30 years of service experience and technology to provide customers with high value-added retail management services, becoming a business partner that helps customers improve their business performance.
